We deliver projects as the general contractor—from technical design and implementation through to commissioning. By bundling services in-house, we reduce interfaces and ensure clear responsibilities. EPC Scope of Work

Within our EPC scope (EPC stands for Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management), we combine technical planning and system design, the supply of battery storage system technology via our official HUAWEI distributor status, and the complete construction and implementation of battery energy storage systems—including grid infrastructure. For system technology, we rely exclusively on HUAWEI, supplementing it where required with our own modules—for example, in-house control or monitoring solutions. This allows us to precisely tailor battery storage systems to the site, layout, and operator requirements (e.g., solar and wind parks).

A key focus is grid connection. We design and deliver substations as part of the overall project and provide grid connection planning and implementation in medium and high voltage from a single source. For execution, we bring strong capacity: across Germany, we employ 550 medium- and high-voltage technicians and 150 installers. This ensures reliable scheduling and makes even demanding projects scalable. We are continuously expanding our reach across Europe.

For safe and efficient operation, we integrate the system into the control system—aligned with the operator’s requirements. Equally crucial are protection and safety concepts: we design and implement the overarching lightning protection as a fully verifiable, end-to-end concept, and we address noise and fire protection at an early stage. This ensures permitting readiness and operational safety are built in from the start.

Structural implementation is also part of our EPC scope. We coordinate and deliver all civil works, including earthworks, routes and cable pulling, as well as foundations. We ensure that engineering, construction, and schedule are fully aligned—so the system performs exactly as planned once it goes into operation.
