We address noise and fire protection from the very beginning and integrate them on a project-specific basis—exactly as required by your site, your layout, and the requirements of the operator and authorities. In doing so, we take into account the relevant building code requirements as well as regulatory specifications—particularly TA Lärm for noise control—and derive the necessary measures and documentation based on the site and layout.

Noise protection

For noise control, we assess the system’s relevant noise emission sources and derive suitable measures to ensure limit values are reliably met. This includes aligning the technical design with the plant layout and taking noise-sensitive areas in the surrounding environment into account. The goal is a solution that is permitting-ready without unnecessarily restricting operation.

Fire safety

For fire protection, we ensure the safety concept fits both the system and the operating concept. We take into account requirements for structural and organisational measures, clear interfaces with operations and maintenance, and the documentation required for the permitting process. This reduces risks and makes long-term operation predictable.

We coordinate the necessary alignments, consolidate all measures required for implementation, and ensure clean, traceable documentation. As the sole general contractor—without subcontractors—we execute the work based on all defined conceptual parameters. This reduces interfaces, speeds up decision-making, and ensures consistent quality in this project phase as well.
